The basics on how to sign up:
Create your profile.
Join,buy your upgrade to Level 1 for $15.00..(You might be able to get around this and not fund,Im not sure)After that you can go to fund JSS account.Once you have funded your JSS main account,you can go to buy trippler positions.I believe from your holding tank(JSS main account) you have to transfer funds to the trippler account...Its kinda like an ewallet.You have to have funds in your main account,then transfer them to trippler.Also theres a video,and you can use the FAQ button as well.Take the time to learn the site as it will help you out alot.
